We practice a structured performance review process called e-MFE (e-Managing for Excellence). e-MFE acts as a tool to assist in the goal-setting, performance planning, appraisal and development for employees.

The company's Key Performance Index (KPI) is cascaded down to all levels of employees. These KPIs exhibits clear goal setting and targets that are realistic and achievable. Respective Line Managers are given the role of coaching their subordinates in working towards the KPI set.
