SUNWAY ISKANDAR CELEBRATES A GRID CHINESE NEW YEAR

Johor, 23 February 2017 – Sunway Iskandar celebrated a GRID Chinese New Year with the Southern community with variety of fabulous activities and its first market introduction of Sunway GRID during the recent open house.

About five hundred visitors joined the event from 11.00am till 5.00pm, enjoyed themselves to a scrumptious traditional Chinese buffet spread, as well as a series of exciting line-ups such as roaring lion dance performance, 12 Seasons Drum Performance, God of Prosperity Meet & Greet, Astrology Reading, and Chinese Knot Handicraft.

“It’s a joy to be able to share the concept of Sunway GRID, our first phase project in the Marketplace precinct, to our supporters in conjunction with this auspicious occasion. A mixed development comprising 41 units of retail shops, 74 offices and 501 units of apartment, we believe Sunway GRID will be much sought-after by young startup entrepreneurs and business owners as it offers them the convenience of customising their preferred unit according to their needs,” said Gerard Soosay, the Chief Executive Officer of Sunway Iskandar.

Strategically located in Sunway’s emerging commercial hub with a future petrol kiosk, buyers of Sunway GRID will be able to reach Sunway International School Sunway Iskandar by foot, and the project is just a mere 5km away to Singapore through Coastal Highway Southern Link (CHSL). For easy accessibility, Sunway Iskandar has also partnered with Causeway Link to provide public buses for residents working and travelling to Singapore once they move into the township.
