The Inaugural SDDA POA at Sunway Serene 

February started off with an exciting event, the SDDA POA (Sunway Design and Development Architecture, Pride of Association) for Sunway Serene which took place on the 2nd of February! Attended by 69 SIP employees from all departments, the event was organized to introduce SIP's latest completed Signature Project and share sentiments. A tour around Sunway Serene Tower A and B, and the facilities started at 4.30PM, followed by a sharing session, mini game, and a yummy dinner!   

Prosperity Tù-gether CNY Celebrations @ Citrine Hub Sales Gallery & Sunway d’hill Property Gallery 

On the 4th and 5th of February, two Prosperity Tù-gether CNY celebrations took place at the Citrine Hub Sales Gallery in SCIP and Sunway d’hill Sales Gallery respectively. More than 200 attendees celebrated at SCIP, while 34 attendees comprising marketing and sales staff, agents, and prospective buyers joined in on the celebration at Sunway d’hill! 
Visitors of the Citrine Hub Sales Gallery enjoyed an acrobatic lion dance performance, a Si Chuan mask-changing performance, festive drums performance, a dragon beard candy stall, CNY buffet, Yee Sang, and a traditional kid's workshop. On the other hand, a dough doll demo and giveaway, with a calligraphy session took place alongside a visit with blessings from the God of Fortune.  

Donate Blood, Save Lives @ Sunway Artessa Sales Gallery  

A blood donation drive took place at the Sunway Artessa Sales Gallery in mid-February. The event attracted a crowd of 36 attendees comprising sales staff and customers. Heroes truly do come in all different (blood) types and sizes!

Sunway XFarms Releases a Valentine's Day "I love you from my head to-ma-toes" Bag  

For the month of February, XFarms released a limited-edition tomato bag in conjunction with Valentine's Day. The "I love you from my head to-ma-toes" bag was specially curated for those looking for a greener alternative gift. A delightful bag of beefsteak and mini heirloom tomatoes, these tomatoes came in various shapes, sizes, colours, and tastes- much like the different aspects and flavours of relationships! Vine-ripened, sweet, juicy, and 100% pesticide-free, these special bags were available exclusively during the STP Mega Roadshow held on the 9th -12th of Feb in Sunway Pyramid Mall, and a special 1-day sale in Sunway University.   

CNY Cookies & Mandarin Oranges Giveaway and Kenny Hills Bakers Event @ Sunway Belfield Property Gallery 

An event focusing on the giveaway of CNY Cookies and Mandarin Oranges took place at the Sunway Belfield Property Gallery on the 4th and 5th of the month. Following its success, another weekend event featuring Kenny Hills Bakers was held two weeks later. Both events attracted a crowd of 79 attendees in total, comprising Belfield’s customers and walk-in visitors.

CNY Giveaway and a Chocolate Fondue Event @ Jernih Residence Property Gallery 

On the 4th and 5th of February, a CNY Giveaway was held at the Jernih Residence Property Gallery. The giveaway included A&W vouchers and mandarin oranges. Following this was another weekend event held two weeks later, which featured Chocolate Fondue! Both events were attended by the Jernih walk-in visitors and customers.

Nuts About Coconut by Sangkaya @ Sunway d’hill Property Gallery 

Nuts About Coconut by Sangkaya took place on the 18th and 19th of February at the Sunway d’hill Property Gallery. A total of 39 groups of people visited the show units and enjoyed refreshing coconut shakes and ice cream! 

Back to School 2023 Initiative @ Events Gallery Sunway City Iskandar Puteri 

As part of Sunway City Iskandar Puteri’s CSR efforts and commitment towards education, SCIP collaborated with the Johor government and hospitals within Johor Bahru for the Back to School 2023 initiative on the 22nd of February. Amongst the generous sponsors for the event were McDonald’s, Causeway Link, Skechers, Tealive and Merry Ice Cream. A total of 300 attendees were there, with 120 students who benefitted from this event and received school bags, stationaries, lunch boxes and water bottles. They were also entertained by a magic show, balloonist clown, parrot show, fish feeding and more! 

Sunway’s Colorful Vogue Media Night 

On the 23rd of February, Sunway hosted the most anticipated media night of the year, showcasing a deep appreciation for its media partners and friends who have played an essential role in its success in almost five decades. The Colorful Vogue media night was held at Sunway Resort Hotel’s Grand Lagoon Ballroom which was filled with bright colors in every corner and was attended by some 350 guests, comprising reporters, editors, and NGO partners.  

Sunway Flora Sales Gallery Grand Opening & Sunway Dora’s Priority Unit Selection Event 

Sunway Flora Sales Gallery finally opened its doors to the public on the 25th and 26th of February. A whopping number of 3,000 walk-ins including Pals+ members, registrants, and customers joined in on the opening and enjoyed an acrobatic lion dance performance, ribbon cutting ceremony, terrarium workshop, giant bubbles, delicious Haagen-Dazs ice cream and popcorn! 
On the other hand, a total of 85 Priority Registrants were invited to Sunway Dora’s Priority Unit Selection Event on 25 February at the Sunway Property Anson Sales Gallery in Penang. Much to our delight, 65% of the units were booked during the event! 

Terrarium Workshop @ Sunway Artessa Sales Gallery  

To end the month of February, a terrarium workshop was also held at the Sunway Artessa Sales Gallery, which attracted a crowd of 50 attendees.
