Sunway Won BIG at the Graduates’ Choice Award (GCA)! 

University students have voted for both Sunway Property and SPFM to be ranked as No.1 for the Graduate's Choice Award in our respective industries! We are delighted to share this achievement and would like to heartily congratulate the teams for embracing the MCD behavior by getting involved, challenging the status quo and helping each other to shine - thus making this win possible! Additionally, our other business units (Sunway Construction, Sunway Resort Hotel, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Malls, Sunway Education Group, Sunway Medical Centre, and Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre) were also among the top of its respective industries!

Coffee & Pastries by Kenny Hills Bakers @ Sunway d’hill Property Gallery 

The 2-day Coffee & Pastries event by Kenny Hills Bakers was held on the 7th and 8th of January at Sunway d’hill Property Gallery, Sunway Giza Mall. A crowd of 34 customers found out more about Sunway d’Hill and enjoyed aromatic coffees and yummy pastries! This event was organized to reach out to new a crowd and attract walk-ins to the property gallery, and we’re glad that the weekend was filled with our new friends.

Sunway XFarms Launches a Special Nourishing Gift Box in Conjunction with CNY! 

Similar to Christmas, Chinese New Year included a lot of hamper gifting to our friends and family. So, what better way to visit your friends and family, than gifting them with a sustainable gift box filled with auspicious foods that will enhance the CNY feasts of their homes? That’s right, Sunway XFarms has launched the perfect CNY gift! Inclusive of chopsticks, premium lettuce, crunchy capsicums, sweet mini heirloom tomatoes, 1st draw soy sauce, a DIY microgreen growing kit and limited edition ang paos, all the items can be either consumed, reused, recycled or composted. Even better, all boxes are freshly prepared on the day of delivery!

Chinese New Year Celebration @ Sunway Velocity TWO 

A weekend CNY celebration involving pals, prospects and customers took place at Sunway Velocity TWO Sales Gallery on the 7th and 8th of January. This event aimed to increase gallery footfall. A total of 15 visitors joined in this celebration and enjoyed FREE Bazi consultations as well as a cup of refreshing Xing Fu Tang bubble tea!

Our Sunway Family landed a HUGE WIN at the 2022 Putra Brand Awards! 

Sunway stole the spotlight at the Putra Brand Awards Gala Night as Sunway Property, Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Education Group won the Putra Brand Awards in their respective categories. Sunway Group also received 2 special awards as our Tan Sri Chairman was awarded Personality of the Year and Sunway Group was crowned as the Brand of the Year!

Health Screening Event & CNY Celebration @ Jernih Residence Property Gallery 

While everyone celebrated CNY, Jernih Residence Property Gallery prioritized customers’ health by organizing a Health Screening Event on the 7th of January 2023 from 11am to 5pm.  
Jernih Residence Property Gallery, of course, also did not miss out on the CNY fun! Our Marketing and Sales staff and customers came together to celebrate the festive on the 14th and 15th of January. The celebration took place with the objective to increase awareness for our  Jernih Residence project, improve footfall to property gallery, and generate new leads that will be converted into bookings. The sales team were also encouraged to invite their existing prospects to visit to property gallery and show units. Everyone had lots of fun celebrating CNY with lion dance performances, an A&W Rooty®️ appearance, and received A&W vouchers plus some mandarin oranges!

Mandarin Oranges Giveaway with Sunway Belfield 

On the 14th and 15th January, 10 attendees comprising sales staff, marketing staff as well as walk-ins and customers joined in on Sunway Belfield’s mandarin oranges giveaway at the project’s property gallery! This event was aimed at improving footfall to the property gallery, as well as for the sales team to invite follow up prospects to visit the show units. On top of that, the objectives were also to generate new leads to be converted to bookings, as well as create awareness to sell Tower C. 

As part of Sunway’s Chinese New Year Cheer 2023, over 200 children from eight orphanages in Ipoh were treated to a fun-filled day out at the Sunway Lost World Of Tambun theme park. (1)
Chinese New Year (CNY) Cheer 2023 Ipoh 

In conjunction with this year’s Chinese New Year, Sunway Ipoh together with the Malaysian Red Crescent Perak, distributed grocery items to 200 families from the B40 communities and 8 orphanage homes as part of the CNY Cheer 2023 campaign. The event took place on the 16th of January, with the objective of promoting and fostering a sustainable effort in social responsibility in Education, Healthcare, and Community Enrichment, in line with the Group’s commitment to the 17 UN-SDGs. More than 200 children were treated to a day trip at Sunway’s Lost World of Tambun with the aim to educate and create memorable experiences in conjunction with the festive celebration.

CNY Celebration to Usher in the Year of the Rabbit at Sunway Hotel Big Box 

What is CNY without non-stop celebrations? Another CNY celebration was held at Sunway Hotel Big Box on the 29th of January! To celebrate and usher in the Year of the Rabbit, the Sunway Hotel Big Box team and guests enjoyed acrobatic lion dance performances and were awestruck by the loud dazzling firecrackers!
